Public Comments Note: If you DO NOT have a phone and cannot make arrangements to come in to make an appointment ahead of time, you may wish to wait but you will be served only after scheduled appointments are completed AND ONLY if time permits
Description (Service) Provides emergency access to the following: 
  • Clothing 
  • Food
Note: Vouchers are available for clothing/household/small furniture
  • Distributes food vouchers at Christmas time 
  • Administers the Gift of Sight Program (eyeglasses) 
  • Offers limited counselling services
Hours Food Bank: Mon-Fri: 9 am-12:30 pm 
Thrift Store: Individuals who are using vouchers: Mon-Fri 9 am-4:45 pm
Areas Served Greater Sudbury
  • Individuals and families in need 
  • Thrift Store vouchers: individuals must be referred by Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) worker or seen by the intake worker
  • Food Bank is accessible by walk-in only, 1st come 1st served 
  • Referrals required for Thrift Store vouchers
