Description (Service) Provides a community Fitness Centre 
  • Promotes and supports healthy and active living 
  • Provides equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight lifting equipment 
  • Supports the employment of a personal trainer when available 
  • Offers supervision through community volunteers 
  • Posts schedules in monthly community newsletter
Hours Band Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 12:30 pm-4:30 pm 
Fitness Centre: Mon-Fri 2 pm-8 pm

  • Youth under 16 years must provide written consent from parent/guardian
