Description (Service) Provides a community Fitness Centre 
  • Promotes and supports healthy and active living 
  • Provides equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight lifting equipment 
  • Supports the employment of a personal trainer when available 
  • Offers supervision through community volunteers 
  • Posts schedules in monthly community newsletter
Hours Band Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 12:30 pm-4:30 pm 
Fitness Centre: Open to all - Mon-Fri 5:30 am-6:30 am * Mon, Wed 7 pm-8:30 pm * Tue, Thu 7 pm-9 pm * Fri 5 pm-9 pm 
Men's Night - Tue, Thu 5 pm-7 pm 
Ladies' Night - Mon, Wed 5 pm-7 pm

Eligibility
  • Members of Sagamok Anishnawbek First Nation 16 years of age or older 
  • Youth under 16 years must provide written consent from parent/guardian
