Public Comments Literacy and Basic Skills training enabling adults to develop and apply communication, numeracy, interpersonal and digital skills to achieve their goals. Our program serves learners who have goals to successfully transition to employment, postsecondary, apprenticeship, secondary school, and increased independence.

  • Provides literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-3:30 pm

Eligibility
  • Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum 
  • Must have facility in French
