Description (Service)
  • Provides individualized counselling and treatment services for those with mental health concerns or who have been diagnosed with a mental health illness 
  • Offers evidence-based therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based approaches and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) 
  • Offers services both in the community and in the office
Hours Central Intake and Referral: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
