Description (Service) Assists female victims of violence in building stable lives through establishing a network of supports within the community
  • Identifies, assesses, advocates and directs clients to supports within the community 
  • Identifies areas of concern and assists with creating an action plan to resolve immediate housing issues 
  • Teaches day to day life skills, such as budget management, housing search, coping skills 
  • Teaches safety planning to women and their children 
  • Links clients with other community services and resources 
  • Advocates on clients' behalf with third parties, such as landlords 
  • Offers ongoing support and follow-up
Hours Hours are flexible to meet individual needs 
Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, one Saturday per month 9 am-5 pm
