Public Comments NOTE: If you plan on visiting any of the MNRF fish culture stations please call ahead to confirm that the facility will be open on the day you intend to visit. Most will be open daily throughout the week but weekends, statutory holidays and during various times of peak workload regular visitor services may not be available. If you are contemplating a group tour please call ahead to make arrangements at least two weeks in advance.
Description (Service)
  • Operates a fish culture and stocking program for the different District and Great Lakes fisheries management programs 
  • Stocks species such as lake trout, brook trout, splake and walleye for inland lakes; lake trout, and Chinook salmon for the Great Lakes 
  • Offers guided group tours by appointment

Tours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm
