Public Comments Ontario Photo Card  
  • Government-issued photo identification for Ontario residents age 16 and over who do not hold a driver's license  
  • Can be used to open a bank account, obtain a credit card and board a domestic flight  
  • Cannot be used to cross the US border or fly internationally  
  • Residents cannot hold a driver's license and an Ontario Photo Card simultaneously

Note:  
  • Service Canada representatives provide services every 3rd Wednesday of the month including Employment Insurance Benefits, Social Insurance numbers, Canada Pension Plan, Boat registration and Old Age Security 
  • Health card services are also available by appointment and can be booked online
