  • Promotes the health and nutrition of pregnant women and new mothers
 
Provides a range of services including:  
  • Baby weigh-ins  
  • Breast feeding education and support  
  • Dietary assessments  
  • Food preparation training  
  • Food vouchers and vitamin supplements to participants  
  • Nutritional counselling for mothers and new baby  
  • Prenatal classes  
  • Referrals to other service providers  
  • Transportation to attend the program
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
