Description (Service)
  • Provides medical care following a sexual assault 
  • Offers information on available options  
  • Offers information and referrals to other programs and services
 
Administers the following services: 
  • Refers patients to crisis counselling at 915 Queen St location 
  • Completion of Sexual Assault Evidence Kit by patient choice 
  • Drug testing for a type of drug commonly misused as a date rape drug  
  • Emergency contraceptive pill (the "morning after" pill) 
  • Preventative treatment for sexually transmitted disease or infection 
  • Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing including HIV
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Emergency Services Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals who have been sexually assaulted or victims of domestic violence 

Note: If it has been longer than 72 hours since the assault, call the Sexual Assault Care Center
