Description (Service)
  • Offers a two year post-secondary certificate program for students with developmental disabilities or significant learning challenged 
  • Designed to enhance vocational and social skills through classroom learning and field placements 
  • Assists students in developing a skills portfolio in one of a variety of post-secondary programs available through the CICE program
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Sep-May 
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm, Jun-Aug

Eligibility Ages: 17 year(s) and up 
  • Students with significant learning challenges 
  • Students with developmental disabilities 
  • Certificate of Accomplishment, Achievement or Education (or) OSSD 
  • Level of independence that precludes constant support
  • Once application is received online through OCAS, applicant will receive an application package to be completed and returned to the CICE program 
  • An interview is part of the application process
Languages English ; American Sign Language (ASL) - if required; arrangements are made throught the Canadian Hearing Society
Fees Program - Tuition, textbooks, required supplies ; OSAP funding for CICE students if qualifications are met
