Description (Service) Provides various health benefits to individuals and families with high health costs
 
Benefits are determined based on need and may include: 
  • basic dental care 
  • diabetic supplies 
  • eyeglasses  
  • hearing aids  
  • prescription drugs  
  • surgical supplies and dressings  
  • transportation for medical appointments

Mon-Fri 8 am-12 noon, 12:30 pm-4:15 pm * Fri 8 am-12 noon Jul-Aug
