Description (Service)
  • Provides assistance with completing forms, including but not limited to government forms and applications 
  • Offers staff who are able to attend meetings between individuals and government case workers 
  • Assists individuals who are facing challenges with government services 
  • Provides counselling with developing strategies to cope with hearing loss
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm

Boundaries North to Hornepayne and East to Thessalon
Eligibility
  • Individuals 16 years of age and older who are deaf, oral deaf, deafened or hard of hearing 
  • Families with children younger than 16 years of age who are deaf and hard of hearing
