Description (Service)
  • Offers confidential community treatment counselling services related to problem gambling 
  • Provides individual, couple, family, group counselling services and consultation 
  • Offers education and awareness sessions/presentations 
  • Offers home and/or office counselling option 
  • Offers open ended support groups with a psycho-educational component
 
Offers the following groups: 
  • Older adult problem gambling group 
  • Significant other problem gambling group 
  • Problem gambling group
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm
Areas Served Algoma District ; Sault Ste. Marie
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
  • Adults and their families experiencing difficulties relating to gambling 
  • Older Adults Problem Gambling Group: Older adults ages 55 year(s) and up and their families experiencing difficulties related to gambling 
  • Must have a valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) Card
