Individuals who contributed recently to the Canada Pension Plan while they worked, and now are unable to work at any job on a regular basis because of a severe and prolonged disability

  • Must apply in writing 
  • Download application from the website or call to have a kit mailed 
  • Must have a physician fill out some documents 
  • Can take minimum of 4 months to hear a decision on application
