  • Offers a 12 session open support group for individuals who have completed a residential substance abuse and/or family program  
  • Individuals may join at any point in the twelve week cycle
 
Provides sessions on the following topics: 
  • Your recovery plan 
  • Relationships, loneliness 
  • Bringing your recovery home 
  • Taking care of mind/body/spirit 
  • 5-minute life story 
  • Accepting yourself & others 
  • Facing reality 
  • Self-Awareness 
  • Patience/tolerance 
  • Living a balanced life 
  • Continuing aftercare
