  • Provides non-emergency mental health services to older adults, their families, and service providers regarding dementia, depression and delirium 
  • Provides service in home, office, retirement home and nursing homes 
  • Offers referrals to community agencies
 
Services include: 
  • Assessment 
  • Consultation 
  • Education 
  • Support  
  • Follow-up evaluation 
  • Liaising and consulting with professional and non-professional caregivers 
  • Psychiatric assessment and referrals to appropriate agencies
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Algoma District
Eligibility Ages: 60 year(s) and up 
 
Seniors who are experiencing mental health problems related to the aging process
Application Referral form must be completed
Languages English
Fees None - No fee with valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card
