Description (Service)
  • Assists individuals to live independently in the community, by providing nourishing meals at a reasonable cost  
  • Prepares meals according to individuals' diet requirements (includes soup, main plate and dessert)  
  • Delivers meals through volunteers who provide regular social contact and check on the health and safety of the client
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Deliveries Mon-Fri 12 noon
Areas Served Dubreuilville ; Hawk Junction ; Wawa ; White River
Eligibility Ages: 55 year(s) and up 
 
  • Individuals unable to prepare adequate and nourishing meals on a day-to-day basis, nor have anyone else in the household able to do so  
  • Must be able to feed themselves, manage on weekends and be home to receive meal or identify neighbour who will accept it on their behalf 
  • Must not live in a Long Term Care facility
Application Registration is required, contact the office to initiate the process
