Description (Service)
  • Provides information on the family court process 
  • Assists in documenting the history of abuse and accessing Legal Aid for family court proceedings 
  • Offers referrals to specialized services and supports in the community 
  • Teaches safety planning and assists with the development of safety plans 
  • Accompanies victims to court proceedings when appropriate
Hours Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Eligibility Victims of domestic violence involved in the family court process
Application
  • Must be referred by crisis worker after intake assessment 
  • Self-referrals can be made by walk in, by phone, from worker, or another agency

 
Note: Intake assessment can be done by phone
